Job summary

Cloudstaff in Colombia is seeking an accounting professional for a full-time role with emphasis on client billing, posting prebills and supporting CFO. The position requires accuracy, attention to detail and strong communication skills in a fast-paced legal billing environment.

Work from office in Colombia with a Monday–Friday schedule (8am–5pm EST). Exceptional organizational abilities and at least 3 years in a similar role are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and billing software (preferably legal).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have strong organizational skills.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities

• Billing client prebills review and edits per attorney requests.
• Post prebills and statements.
• Handle a high volume of bills per month.
• Create billing schedules with follow-up on same.
• Create and print final client billing.
• Post client costs.
• Transfer time between matters.
• Post accounts payable promptly (firm and client charges).
• Assist CFO in all accounting functions as needed.
• Assist with time entry.
• Process monthly attorney reimbursements.
