Hatch in Medellín is seeking a Billing Processor to support our Canadian Invoicing team. The role involves preparing and submitting invoices for time/expense projects and liaising with project managers to ensure accuracy.

Fluent English, strong SAP skills, and a solid accounting background are required; you will work under pressure to meet deadlines and contribute to reliable revenue recognition.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience using SAP.
• Excellent in spoken and written English communication skills, fluent in Spanish.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Strong math, excel and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly invoices for time and expense projects and ad hoc invoices.
• Submit client invoices through their online portals.
• Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing.

As the successful candidate, you will be involved in:

• Submitting client invoices through their online portals
• Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner
• Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing

You bring to the role:

College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution
