Hatch is seeking a Billing Processor to support our Canadian Invoicing team in Medellín. You will prepare monthly invoices, submit client invoices through portals, and coordinate with project managers to ensure timely, accurate billing.

Qualifications

• College Diploma or University Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 5 years previous experience using SAP.
• Excellent in spoken and written English communication skills, fluent in Spanish.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic working knowledge of accounting.
• Strong math, excel and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of monthly invoices for time and expense projects and ad hoc invoices for fixed price/milestone invoices.
• Submitting client invoices through their online portals.
• Liaising with internal project managers and other team members when necessary to ensure accurate invoices are issued to our clients in a timely manner.
• Ensure project pricing is being setup properly for accurate revenue recognition and billing.

You bring to the role:
