• Process timesheets to generate accurate client invoices.
• Create and maintain custom invoicing, timesheet, and payroll adjustment reports.
• Collaborate with the operations team to improve workflows and client experience.
• Address and resolve invoicing and timesheet discrepancies promptly.
• Ensure SOPs and internal controls are followed in invoicing processes.
• Assist in developing SOPs to streamline payment processes.
