JTC Group in Colombia seeks a detail‑oriented finance professional to support daily operational tasks, including invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients and sales ledger queries, with a focus on accurate, timely outputs.

You will manage a busy inbox, coordinate with administration to meet SLAs, assist with month‑end reporting and ad‑hoc projects, and uphold risk, compliance and AML procedures while embodying JTC values and teamwork.

• Experienced in financial operations (sales ledger).

Responsabilidades

• Preparation and Review of daily operational tasks, such as invoices, credit notes, onboarding of new clients, and sales ledger related queries.
• Managing a busy inbox and allocating queries to the team accordingly.
• Liaise with Administration Teams to ensure and promote adherence to deadlines and delivery of billing processes and SLA’s.
• Review & Processing client entity closedown requests.
• Assist with month-end reporting tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects/requests.
• Uphold the Group’s policies and standards, ensuring legislative regulations are followed.
• Adhere to Risk & Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
• Adhere to JTC core values and expected behaviours.
