Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university (at least 6th semester) or technologist diploma in accounting, finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll administration in accordance with current legislation and company policies.
• Ensure payroll processes comply with local regulations, taxation standards, and internal guidelines.
• Handle month-end reconciliation, data entry, starters and leavers, salary payments.
• Prepare client-specific and statutory monthly payroll reports.
• Support maintenance of payroll records and employee information in the system.
• Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in payroll.
