Job summary

TTEC is seeking a Bilingual Service to Sales Representative – Spanish-English in Bogota, Colombia. You will service and upsell to existing customers, educate on current products, and identify additional sales opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements include 6 months in a call center or customer service role, fluency in English and Spanish, and residence in Bogota or nearby, with flexible shifts and multitasking across multiple apps.

Qualifications

• 6 months of call center and/or customer service experience.
• Advanced English and Spanish in speaking and writing.
• Currently live in Bogota or nearby.
• Open availability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to multitask across several web applications.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Windows.
• Sales aptitude with strong listening and upsell focus.

Responsibilities

• Close sales opportunities and upsell client products to existing customers.
• Handle calls from existing customers, focusing on sales opportunities end to end.
