OneTouch Direct is seeking a Customer Service and Sales Representative in Colombia. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and driving sales by offering products and services to customers.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, addressing inquiries, promoting products, processing orders, and upselling. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and negotiation skills.

Formación

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in customer service and sales roles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in using computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Effectively handle inbound customer calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Promote and sell products and services to customers based on their needs and preferences.
• Process orders and update customer accounts with accurate information.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
