SportStars is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Representative to drive enrollment growth for our youth programs in Bogotá. You will handle high-volume calls, emails, and follow-ups to convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs.

Fluent in English and Spanish, you will build rapport with families, identify needs, and deliver a positive, professional experience while collaborating with operations and program teams. Compensation includes commission based on performance.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, sales-oriented Sales & Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.

Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills — You're great with people, clear in your message, and comfortable speaking with both adults and kids.
• Fluent in English and Spanish — You can confidently communicate with families in both languages.
• Team player who takes initiative — You bring energy to a group but can also work independently and stay focused without micromanagement
