SportStars is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Bogotá, Colombia, to drive enrollment growth and manage a strong sales pipeline. You will handle high-volume calls and emails, convert inquiries into registrations, and build relationships with families to recommend best-fit programs.

The role requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to work with operations and program teams to improve offerings.

Formación

• Minimally 1 year of inside sales or lead generation experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Strong ability to follow up and close enrollments.
• Proactive, results-driven with confidence in sales process.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a driven, sales-oriented Customer Service Representative who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results.

Drive Enrollment Growth

• Conduct high-volume inbound and outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups
• Convert inquiries into registrations for camps, leagues, and programs

Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

• Proactively generate new leads through outreach and follow-ups
• Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
• Track all interactions accurately using CRM systems

Customer Relationship Building

• Build strong rapport with parents and guardians
• Understand customer needs and recommend best-fit programs
• Deliver a high-energy, positive, and professional experience

Sales Execution

• Confidently present program offerings and value propositions
• Overcome objections and close enrollments
• Consistently meet or exceed individual sales targets

Bilingual Customer Support

• Communicate fluently in both English and Spanish
• Ensure all families feel supported, informed, and confident

Cross-Team Collaboration

• Work closely with operations and program teams
• Share customer insights and feedback to improve offerings

Requirements

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission structure, depending on experience
