Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance.
• Assess customer issues and identify appropriate towing/assistance solutions.
• Gather accurate service details: location, vehicle info, issue type, destination.
• Communicate service options, pricing, arrival times, and procedures clearly.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service requests and coordinate with dispatch.
• Document interactions and dispatch information in CRM accurately.
• Meet KPIs: call quality, conversion rate, handling time, customer satisfaction.
