Job summary

Qualifications

• Senior high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Bilingual English and Spanish (spoken and written) required.
• Experience in customer service, call centers, or sales preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with computers, CRM software, and call center apps.
• Familiarity with Google Maps for locating customers.
• Able to work full-time on PST schedule.
• On-site in the office; shifts include nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities
