24 Hours Group is seeking an Office-based Call Center Agent in Barranquilla, Colombia. You will handle inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance, gathering details, and coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely service.

Requirements include bilingual English/Spanish, call center or customer service experience, and proficiency with CRM software. You will work on-site on a full-time PST schedule in a fast-paced, emergency-response environment.

Formación

• Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call centers preferred.
• Proficient with CRM software and basic computer skills.
• Must be available to work full-time on a PST schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls for towing and roadside assistance.
• Assess vehicle issues and determine suitable towing/assist.
• Collect accurate service details and customer location.
• Provide service options pricing, ETA, and procedures.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed service requests.
• Coordinate with dispatchers and service providers.
• Keep customers informed of status and delays.
• Address concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Document interactions in CRM/dispatch system.
• Meet KPIs for call quality and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of services and policies.
