RemotelyHR is seeking a Recruiter & HR Assistant to join our remote HR team. You will write job ads, post on ATS, source top talent, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews across locations. You will also support HR tasks and ensure compliance with US employment standards.

The role requires bilingual fluency (English/Spanish), at least two years in recruitment/HR, and experience hiring in the US market. You must be able to work PST hours and have reliable internet.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish (oral and written).
• Minimum of two years in recruitment and HR.
• Experience hiring in the US market.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in time management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently on projects.

Responsabilidades

• Recruiting and talent sourcing across channels and platforms.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews, assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews across locations.
• Provide post-interview feedback to candidates and clients.
• Provide HR administrative support to consultants and teams.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Format and maintain employee documents and files.
• Assist with miscellaneous administrative duties.
• Adhere to confidentiality and data protection standards.
