Assistant Launch is seeking a detail-oriented, reliable Recruiting Assistant to support our client’s recruiting functions. This fully remote role focuses on posting openings, reviewing resumes, screening candidates and maintaining applicant records, while handling confidential information with discretion.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, tech-savvy and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Formación

• Previous recruiting experience; roles preferred.
• Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing resumes and supporting recruiting activities.
• Familiarity with U.S. employment and hiring practices.
• Experience with job boards such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Post job openings on various job boards, social media platforms and recruiting websites.
• Monitor applications and maintain an applicant tracking system.
• Review resumes and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via email, phone or video conference.
• Communicate professionally with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare candidate summaries and recommendations for management review.
