Job summary

Provana is seeking a Paralegal to support attorneys in personal injury cases from intake through resolution. You will handle case investigations, medical records, document prep, and client communications, collaborating with attorneys, clients, insurers, and medical providers.

Fluent English and Spanish are required; prior US personal injury paralegal experience is preferred. Proximity to Colombia Medellín with on-site opportunities is expected.

Qualifications

• Degree in law or equivalent legal support experience.
• Strong bilingual communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with medical records and legal research tools.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys in personal injury cases from intake to resolution.
• Draft, review, and file pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Organize electronic case files with accuracy and accessibility.
• Coordinate with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
• Assist in depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
• Provide status updates and contribute to process improvements.
