Job summary

Community Sports Partners is seeking a friendly personal assistant to support the founder with personal and family organization, evenings and weekends required, within a weekly schedule. You will manage everyday requests, shop, coordinate errands and maintain calendars, while also aiding with social media content under the marketing team’s guidance.

You will tutor Spanish for the founder, track school communications and deadlines, and help with routine business messages.

Qualifications

• Clear, friendly English and Spanish, able to explain Spanish patiently and help practice.
• Experience in personal assistance, customer service or coordination roles.
• Comfort using social media inbox tools and shared customer records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the administrative assistant on priorities and handovers.
• Research personal options (shopping, restaurants) within budgets.
• Organise personal errands, calendars, reminders and school activities.
• Provide Spanish tutoring and conversation practice for the founder.
• Support content ideas and scheduling for social media in coordination with the marketing team.
• Handle inbound business messages on social channels and SMS during shifts.
