Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our legal team in personal injury and employment law cases. You will handle document drafting, file organization, discovery support, calendar management, client communications, and trial prep under attorney supervision.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience, plus experience in a U.S. legal environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required.
• Personal injury law experience preferred; employment law is a plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings and discovery requests.
• Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files with accurate filing and accessibility.
• Discovery Support: Manage discovery by gathering and summarizing evidence and organizing responses.
• Calendar Management: Track deadlines, appointments, and hearings for the legal team.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients and provide progress updates.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare materials for trial, including exhibits and binders.
• Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
