You will draft documents, manage case files, assist with discovery, and help prepare for trial while coordinating calendars and client communications.

Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience: Prior experience in a U.S. legal environment; personal injury law preferred; employment law a plus.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication; customer-service orientation.
• Technical: Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with legal research databases.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: Organize and maintain case files with accurate filing and easy access.
• Discovery Support: Gather and summarize evidence, organize responses, and create discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: Track deadlines, appointments, and hearings; communicate with team.
• Client Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients; provide updates.
• Trial Preparation: Prepare materials for trial; create exhibits and trial binders.
• Research Assistance: Conduct basic legal research and summarize findings for attorneys.
