Formación

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience: Prior U.S. legal environment required; personal injury and employment law experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Document Preparation: draft pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case File Management: organize and maintain case files for quick access.
• Discovery Support: gather, summarize evidence, create discovery binders.
• Calendar Management: track deadlines, hearings, and appointments.
• Client Communication: update clients on progress and handle inquiries.
• Trial Preparation: prepare materials including exhibits and binders.
• Research Assistance: conduct basic legal research and summarize findings.
