Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a motivated Personal Injury Litigation Assistant to support our litigation team. The role involves document preparation, case file management, discovery support, calendar maintenance, client communication, and trial preparation in a fast-paced U.S. legal environment.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field, have experience in a U.S. legal setting, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field.
• Experience in a U.S. legal environment is required; personal injury law preferred; employment law a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Document preparation: drafting and preparing legal documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, and correspondence.
• Case file management: organizing and maintaining case files and documents.
• Discovery support: gathering and summarizing evidence, organizing responses, and creating discovery binders.
• Calendar management: tracking deadlines, appointments, and hearings.
• Client communication: serving as a point of contact and providing case updates.
• Trial preparation: preparing materials for trial, exhibits, and trial binders.
• Research assistance: basic legal research and summarizing findings for attorneys.
