Responsibilities include reviewing contracts for compliance, opening international bank accounts, maintaining legal documents, and coordinating with banks, law firms, and accounting experts to ensure timely, accurate communications.

Qualifications

• Advanced English (minimum B2), spoken and written.
• Advanced Excel.
• Document and visa management.

Responsibilities

• Review international contracts for compliance and safeguard the company’s interests.
• Complete and manage KYC forms and client verification.
• Open and manage international bank accounts with required documentation.
• Update, renew and amend legal and corporate documents for compliance.
• Track and custody of international documentation for traceability.
• Coordinate communications with international banks, law firms and accounting firms.
