Job Duck is hiring a Bilingual Intake Specialist to create an excellent first impression for prospective clients. You will engage new leads, guide them through the intake process, and work with a legal team to maintain a smooth qualification pipeline in a fast-paced, remote setting.

The role requires excellent English communication, experience with CRM platforms, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Formación

• At least 1 year of proven Intake Specialist experience.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Experience with client intake, customer service, sales support or legal administration is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Identify workflow improvements and contribute to process efficiency.
• Maintain professional, empathetic client interactions and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with legal team to maintain intake efficiency.
• Manage communications via phone, email, and SMS.
• Guide clients through intake and qualification processes.
• Keep accurate records in the CRM.
• Prepare and organize intake documents and records.
