Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients. The bilingual role requires fluent English and Spanish, strong empathy, and the ability to gather essential information to evaluate auto-accident related cases.

The successful candidate will manage calls, document client details in our case management systems, and support attorneys with timely case progression in a fast-paced environment. Remote-friendly schedule offered.

Formación

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
• Experience in a legal environment or intake role preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Inbound call management and information gathering from potential clients.
• Explain legal processes and document relevant client details for case evaluation.
• Maintain confidential client records and support attorneys in case progression.
• Navigate and update electronic systems while assisting clients by phone.
