Job summary

BruntWork is seeking a Bilingual Healthcare Recruiter and Hiring Coordinator to manage the full hiring, credentialing, and onboarding cycle for Licensed Behavior Analysts. This remote role requires fluency in English and Spanish or Mandarin and focuses on sourcing, verifying certifications, coordinating interviews and offers, and guiding candidates through onboarding.

The position emphasizes cross-department collaboration across HR, Clinical, IT, and Finance/Payroll, with strict confidentiality

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR coordination, healthcare administration, credentialing, or related fields preferred.
• Healthcare professional recruitment or provider credentialing experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR/payroll systems such as ADP is beneficial.
• Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Source qualified Licensed Behavior Analyst candidates through approved channels and review resumes against role requirements.
• Verify BCBA certification, LBA licensure, NPI, and Medicaid status as applicable.
• Maintain candidate profiles and credentialing notes in the ATS (Zoho).
• Coordinate interviews, offers, and employment documentation with candidates and managers.
• Initiate credentialing processes, provide checklists, and track Medicaid enrollment and external agency checks.
• Coordinate onboarding activities with HR, Clinical, IT, and Finance/Payroll; ensure full clearance before case assignment.
• Prepare weekly recruitment and onboarding reports and manage the candidate pipeline.
