Scotia GBS in Bogota, Colombia seeks a ScotiaHelps Advisor, Front End (Bilingual French, English) to maximize recoveries on credit products while maintaining compliance and service quality. You will manage calls across multiple countries, propose settlements, and follow established collection scripts to minimize losses and protect the bank's interests.

The candidate should have at least 1 year in a call center, knowledge of collection procedures, and be fluent in English and French.

Formación

• 1 year of experience in a Call Center or similar role.
• Knowledge of Bank collection policies & procedures.
• Familiarity with banking systems and documentation.
• Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Influence collection activity to optimize delinquency ratios and recovery.
• Handle outbound and inbound calls across multiple countries with adherence to scripts and procedures.
• Propose payment solutions and settlements based on customer history and available programs.
• Maintain AML/KYC compliance and protect customer data and bank information.
