EXL is seeking a Bilingual Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Bogotá team. You will prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports, extract data from ERP systems, and maintain dashboards to support decision-making.

You will analyze variances, verify data with internal stakeholders, and ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role requires strong Excel skills and English proficiency at a B2+ level.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in Financial Reporting, MIS, FP&A, or related reporting functions
• Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)
• Experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• English proficiency at B2+ level or higher

Responsabilidades

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
• Extract, compile, and validate data from ERP systems and reporting tools
• Maintain reporting trackers, dashboards, and documentation
• Perform variance analysis and identify discrepancies
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to collect and verify data
• Deliver accurate reports within established deadlines
