Zusammenfassung

EXL is seeking a Data Management Analyst Consultant in Bogotá to contribute to EDM implementations. You will gather requirements, document specifications, and design data mappings and rules while collaborating with client teams and various data management domains.

You will work with SQL in data warehouse environments, engage with Data Governance, Data Quality, MDM, and BI teams, and participate in discovery, design, and deployment activities across multi-shore projects.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of experience in an Analyst role.

Aufgaben

• Gathers business and technical requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, surveys, site visits, and use cases.
• Documents business and technical specifications and keeps documentation up to date.
• Maps data attributes and sources; documents transformations as needed.
• Develops data dictionaries, source-to-target mappings, and business glossary.
• Develops business rules for data acquisition, integration, and quality monitoring.
• Performs data collection, profiling, validation, cleansing, analysis, and reporting from multiple sources.
• Analyzes data volumes, types, and content to support data architecture design.
• Assesses data structure, quality, and conformance; identifies inconsistencies and improves data integrity.
• Identifies trends and suggests business/process improvements.
• Tests and documents ETL processes, SQL queries, and stored procedures.
