Lisinski Law Firm seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to proactively support clients through the case lifecycle with education, timely updates, and empathetic outreach. You will work across internal teams and external clients to de-escalate issues, resolve escalations, and ensure clear, proactive communication.

A strong emphasis on bilingual English/Spanish communication and meeting deadlines is essential.

Formación

• 1-3 years of client service, case support, or retention experience preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and sound judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Advise clients on case status and next steps based on SOPs and attorney guidance.
• Proactively contact external clients at key milestones to provide updates.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to strengthen client relationships and surface concerns.
• Escalate and resolve complex client issues with cross-department coordination.
• Document all client interactions accurately in the firm’s systems.
