Descripción del empleo

Since 2020, Lisinski Law Firm has served as a dedicated humanitarian immigration practice committed to providing meaningful support to individuals and families seeking safety, stability, and a path forward. We frequently stand with clients who have been turned away elsewhere, offering both advocacy and care. Joining our Firm means becoming part of a team devoted to keeping families together and “Changing as Many Lives as Possible.”

Project Manager II is responsible for leading complex, cross-departmental projects and continuous improvement initiatives that span multiple functional areas across the firm. This role partners closely with executive sponsors, senior leaders, functional managers, process engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver outcomes aligned with enterprise priorities.

The Project Manager II plays a critical role in identifying interdependencies, surfacing risks and connections that may otherwise be missed, and ensuring alignment across teams. Success in this role requires a balance of rigorous project management discipline, strong business acumen, and high emotional intelligence.

This Project Manager role will be focused on legal, compliance, and marketing projects as well as possible special project requests from Executive Leadership.

Your Key Contributions
  • Lead and manage complex, cross‑functional projects through the full lifecycle—using methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, or DMAIC—to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and with clear operational outcomes.
  • Identify cross‑project and cross‑departmental dependencies, risks, and constraints, applying systems thinking to understand organizational impacts and elevate issues for alignment and resolution.
  • Partner with sponsors, senior leaders, and key stakeholders to define scope, success metrics, and decision frameworks—providing structured insights and recommendations to drive alignment across teams with differing priorities.
  • Facilitate effective discussions, working sessions, and decision forums—including with senior leaders—balancing strategic context with execution realities to drive clarity and action.
  • Translate complex information into clear documentation, timelines, and audience‑appropriate updates, maintaining consistent communication on status, risks, decisions, and next steps while bridging gaps between teams to ensure shared understanding and reduce friction.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans, timelines, RAID logs, and dependency tracking, proactively identifying risks and mitigation strategies throughout all project phases.
  • Document current‑state and future‑state workflows through process mapping, observation, and collaboration.
  • Capture lessons learned and contribute to EPMO standards, templates, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that improve efficiency, quality, and cross‑team execution.
  • Maintain project dashboards and tools to provide transparency and leadership visibility and ensure smooth handoff to business and operations teams by documenting processes, decisions, and ownership.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • Bachelor’s degree in project management, Business Administration, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Bilingual, strong English skills is a must. Nice to have C1+ of English level.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated project management experience, including complex, cross‑departmental initiatives.
  • Strong working knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid, DMAIC).
  • Project Management certification is strongly preferred.
  • Lean or continuous improvement experience is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously through strong planning, organization, prioritization, and documentation skills (including project plans and SOPs).
  • Translates business objectives into clear, executable plans, using sound judgment to balance scope, timelines, risks, and organizational capacity—even in ambiguous environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written documentation, audience‑specific messaging, and clear, concise updates for executives, managers, and delivery teams.
  • Skilled meeting facilitator who drives clarity and decisions by guiding discussions, managing conflict, and creating productive working sessions.
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build trust, influence without authority, and navigate competing priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Calm, thoughtful, and proactive leader with strong ownership, accountability, and the ability to lead teams through change, tension, and complexity.
