Globalfy is seeking a Bookkeeper Level I to maintain accurate financial records for multiple clients. You will handle accounting duties, ensure transactions are recorded, reconciled, and reported promptly, and support monthly close processes.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting, 2+ years in bookkeeping, and strong English skills. The role is remote (Colombia) with EST-aligned schedule and growth opportunities within a fast-growing company.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Advanced English.
• 2+ years in bookkeeping or related role.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain general ledger for multiple clients with accurate recording of transactions.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter costs, expenses, and COGS; ensure proper coding and classification.
• Manage client accounts with timely reconciliations and monthly closes.
• Assist month-end close and provide financial reports to clients.
