Auxis LLC in Bogotá, Colombia, seeks an accounts payable professional to ensure efficient processing of payables, travel expenses, and vendor controls. You will handle invoicing, posting, and verification, and collaborate with the Migration Team on the Costa Rica Service Center transition.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, attention to detail, and proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Formación

• English or Spanish fluency (oral and written) at least B2
• High school diploma; accounting coursework is a plus
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong detail orientation, organization, and time management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and regulatory compliance

Responsabilidades

• Process and code invoices accurately and efficiently per policies.
• Review and verify invoices for documentation and approvals.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies in invoices or payments.
• Prepare and process payment batches (checks, wires, electronic payments).
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain organized financial records and correspondence.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing and reporting.
• Collaborate with purchasing/receiving to ensure proper approvals.
• Respond to inquiries regarding accounts payable in a professional manner.
• Assist in developing accounts payable policies and controls for compliance.
• Support internal audits with necessary documentation.
• Stay updated on AP best practices and regulatory changes.
