ABA360 seeks a motivated Behavior Technician to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children with Autism. No prior experience required; after-school hours with part-time start. You will work in clients’ homes or community locations, delivering evidence-based ABA interventions and maintaining session data.

• Reliable method of transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
• Collaborate with families and providers to enhance treatment effectiveness.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.
• All positions start off part-time.
• Encouraged to take the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician course.
• Minimum 6 month commitment required.
• Typical Schedule: after-school hours during the week, additional hours available on the weekends
