aba360 seeks passionate individuals to help children with Autism through one-on-one ABA services, delivered in clients' homes or community locations. You will support independence and positive behavior with evidence-based interventions, working under a clinical team to implement plans and record progress.

Ideal candidates are students or new entrants, with a high school diploma, strong patience and empathy, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Need to Knows:

• Services will be provided in clients' homes or in the community-based locations.


• All positions start off part‑time.


• Encouraged to take the 40‑hour Registered Behavior Technician course.


• Minimum 6 month commitment required
