achieveit is seeking motivated Behavior Technicians to join our team serving children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement behavioral programming, assist in data collection, and follow intervention plans under supervision.

Positions include center-based and in-home services in Kern, Santa Maria/Northern Santa Barbara County, and Fresno; part-time with growth to full-time. A high school diploma is required, along with transcripts, the ability to lift 35 lbs, and

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Official transcripts must be provided.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 35 lbs is required.
• Must pass background/fingerprint clearance, health screenings and provide/obtain immunizations including TB, and drug testing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and implement behavioral programming tailored to each child.
• Assist in data collection for assessments and behavior analyses.
• Follow intervention plans under supervision with children and families.
• Operate in center-based and in-home settings across Kern, Santa Maria/Northern Santa Barbara County, and Fresno.
