Gallagher is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Manager in Bogotá to lead a team of BI developers and deliver enterprise-scale reporting solutions. You will design and optimize data models, SQL, and semantic layers across SQL Server, Snowflake, and Azure Synapse, while partnering with stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights.

The role emphasizes governance, CI/CD, and AI-enabled analytics to enhance reporting productivity.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, BI, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience delivering enterprise BI and reporting solutions.
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, SSRS, SQL, DAX, Power Query, and data modeling.
• Experience with SQL Server, Snowflake, Azure Synapse, and modern data architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD, source control, deployment automation, and development governance.
• Previous experience leading BI, analytics, reporting, or software development teams.
• Understanding of AI-enabled technologies and their application within analytics and reporting.
• Insurance or risk management industry experience is highly valued.
