Roca Alliances in Medellin, Colombia is seeking a Back End for Front End (BFF) Developer to design middleware services that connect backend microservices with the frontend portal. You will work with Frontend, Backend, UX, and other engineering teams to orchestrate APIs, implement authentication, and optimize data delivery for a reliable interface between the portal and backend services.

The role focuses on building resilient BFF solutions using Node.js or Java with Spring Boot, REST and GraphQL,

Formación

Experience translating frontend and business requirements into scalable middleware solutions.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills for integration challenges.
Ability to clearly communicate technical requirements, solutions, and dependencies.

Responsabilidades

Design and develop BFF middleware connecting frontend portal with backend microservices.
Orchestrate and aggregate data from multiple backend services to support frontend needs.
Translate business and frontend needs into robust BFF solutions.
Implement authentication and secure service-to-service communication.
Develop and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs.
Implement caching strategies to improve performance and responsiveness.
Troubleshoot integration and middleware issues across frontend and backend teams.
Collaborate with Frontend, Backend, UX, and other engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.
