Job summary

Roca Alliances in Medellín, Colombia, is seeking Frontend Engineers for the MSP Partner Portal. You will build the React shell and microfrontends, owning architecture and guiding the transition from the current vendor, collaborating with teams in the US and Europe.

The stack includes a React/TypeScript frontend in an NX monorepo, a backend-for-frontend, and AWS EKS hosting, with Keycloak for identity and integrations to Salesforce Revenue Cloud and other systems. Strong English required.

Qualifications

• Professional experience building production applications with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with microfrontend architectures or large modular frontends.
• Hands-on experience with NX or a similar monorepo tool.
• Experience building and documenting components in Storybook or a design system.
• Practical knowledge of web accessibility standards and testing tools.
• Professional English for daily work with US and European colleagues.
• Experience with complex B2B forms and data-heavy interfaces (nice to have).
• Familiarity with OIDC / SAML login flows from the frontend side (nice to have).
• Experience with Playwright or Cypress (nice to have).
• Frontend performance and observability (Core Web Vitals) (nice to have).

Responsibilities

• Build and evolve the React shell and microfrontends for the MSP portal.
• Work in the NX monorepo with module boundaries and build caching.
• Contribute to and maintain the Storybook UI platform and shared library.
• Build accessible interfaces to WCAG 2.1 AA and include accessibility reviews.
• Collaborate with QA on tests and provide production frontend support.
• Senior (5+ years): own frontend architecture and mentor others; lead takeover.
• Mid (2–5 years): deliver features within established patterns and grow ownership.
