Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. is seeking an Reinsurance Actuarial Analyst to solve complex challenges and uncover insights that help clients optimize risk decisions. You will work with a global team across insurance and reinsurance to support strategy, pricing, and portfolio performance.

The role emphasizes analytics, actuarial modeling, and continuous learning within a leading reinsurance organization. Strong English proficiency and progression toward actuarial accreditation are expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in actuarial science or related quantitative field.
2–5 years actuarial experience in insurance, reinsurance, or consulting.
Progress toward actuarial accreditation (SOA, CAS, IFoA or equivalent).
Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilités

Analyze data and market trends to support reinsurance strategy recommendations.
Perform experience studies, portfolio evaluations and profitability analyses.
Build actuarial models and pricing solutions across multiple lines of business.
Support treaty pricing and reinsurance structure optimization initiatives.
Generate meaningful insights that influence strategic business decisions.
Collaborate with brokers, actuaries, analysts and business leaders globally.
Contribute to industry thought leadership and benchmarking activities.
Help improve processes through automation, innovation and analytical excellence.
