You will not own strategy or client relationships; focus is on execution and accuracy to scale campaigns. Required: proven link building experience (agency preferred), strong English (C1), and excellent organization.

Qualifications

• Proven link building experience, ideally for an agency. This is required.
• Proof of results: examples of links you built and the impact they had.
• Strong English, written and spoken (C1).
• Very organized, with great follow-through.
• Foundational knowledge of SEO concepts (on-page, keywords, content structure, internal linking)
• Comfort working with repetitive, execution-focused tasks

Responsibilities

• Manage link building for 10 to 15 clients at a time.
• Research and find backlink opportunities that fit each client's niche, services and location.
• Choose sites that meet criteria: DA 40-80, real organic traffic, US audience, relevant to addiction/mental health.
• Spot link farms and low quality sites and avoid them completely.
• Know when and how to disavow harmful links, and what to consider before doing it.
• Negotiate prices and stay within each client's monthly budget.
• Keep tracking spreadsheets accurate: site, cost, status, and whether a link is live/indexed.
• Work from action items, follow up until tasks are done, report progress clearly.
