Job summary

TaskUs is seeking a Business Insights & Automation Analyst to turn complex telemetry, task logs, and model evaluation data into actionable insights and automated workflows. You will work primarily with Google Stack (BigQuery, Sheets, Looker Studio, Apps Script) alongside Redshift, querying large datasets and building lightweight internal web tools.

You will focus on operational performance, SLAs, and classifier quality, delivering executive-ready dashboards and rigorous RCA to improve throughput

Qualifications

Experience in Google Apps Script to automate data pipelines and interact with APIs or BigQuery.
Advanced SQL expertise with BigQuery and Redshift, using CTEs and window functions.
Advanced Google Sheets modeling with complex formulas.
BI & data visualization in Looker Studio with BigQuery and Sheets sources.
AI/ML evaluation and statistical modeling for labeling accuracy.

Responsibilities

Write optimized SQL queries to extract, aggregate, and transform large-scale operational data.
Develop automations and lightweight internal apps using Google Apps Script.
Analyze throughput metrics and SLA compliance across operations.
Design executive dashboards in Looker Studio using BigQuery and Sheets.
Evaluate labeling accuracy and classifier performance with standard metrics.
Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify bottlenecks and data discrepancies.
