Job summary

TaskUs is hiring a Business Insights & Automation Analyst in Medellín (remote eligible]. You will transform complex telemetry and task logs into actionable business intelligence and automated workflows using Google Cloud tools and Looker Studio.

You will build SQL queries, dashboards, and lightweight web apps, while evaluating AI/ML labeling quality and SLA performance across the operations teams. A strong background in analytics and automation is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 2+ years of analytics experience combining SQL, dashboards, and automation.
• Proven experience with Google Apps Script to build data pipelines and automations.

Responsibilities

• Turn telemetry, logs, and model data into actionable BI and automated workflows.
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Looker Studio and Google Sheets.
• Analyze SLA metrics and throughput to drive operational insights.
• Evaluate labeling accuracy and classifier outputs using standard metrics.
