Schomp Automotive Group is seeking a Title Clerk in Highlands Ranch, CO, to process and file Title paperwork for vehicle ownership transfers. The role requires handling at least 20 Titles per day, researching Title statuses, and ensuring accuracy in all filings.

Applicants should maintain data privacy, provide excellent customer service, and support the title team with processing, plates, and registration tasks.

Formación

• Must possess and maintain a valid driver license.
• Must possess and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).

Responsabilidades

• Process and file Title paperwork to establish vehicle ownership.
• Handle 20+ Titles per day with accuracy.
• Research and resolve missing/duplicate Titles with state authorities.
• Answer calls and emails regarding Title status and documentation.
• Maintain data privacy and secure handling of customer information.
• Support training of title team on processes and customer deliveries.
