Schomp Automotive Group in Aurora, CO is hiring a Business Assistant to support the sales process by handling car financing accurately and efficiently. The role works with sales staff and involves processing, funding contracts, and ensuring timely deposits, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.

You must have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong attention to detail, math aptitude, and interest in finance.

Responsabilidades

• Accurately receipt cash deposits and ensure all monies are received on transactions.
• Submit credit applications.
• Responsible for packaging, scanning and funding contracts.
• Monitor and update the Contract In Transit (CIT) account; update notes in the software application for all unfunded deals.
• Send/scan all Finance and Insurance contracts for remittance daily, logging all contracts sent.
• Prioritize car deals to ensure the One Hour promise time to customers is met.
• This position works directly with our sales staff, and does not interact directly with customers.
