Job summary

Sterlington PLLC is seeking a people development leader to design and scale attorney development programs. You will craft a feedback cadence, learning initiatives, and a sense of community that turns associates into high-utilization, long-term contributors to the firm.

You’ll work with the People Team and firm leadership to align development with business goals, leveraging data and a strong understanding of U.S. employment law.

Qualifications

• Experience in attorney development within a law firm or legal tech environment.
• Ability to tailor approaches with partners and firm leadership.
• Strong L&D program design grounded in adult learning theory.
