O-Max Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Architectural Drafter to create precise technical drawings and plans based on sketches and specifications from architects, engineers, and project managers. Proficient CAD skills and a strong grasp of construction standards are essential for residential and commercial projects.

The role involves producing 2D/3D drawings, updating designs with feedback, and ensuring adherence to codes and project requirements across all phases of a project.

Formación

• Associate degree or technical certification in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit, SketchUp or other CAD software is a plus.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, architectural drawings, and drafting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed 2D and 3D drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar drafting software.
• Convert sketches, specifications, and design concepts into technical drawings.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, and project managers.
• Ensure all drawings comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with project teams to clarify design details and maintain drawing accuracy.
