Formación

• Professional graduate in Architecture, Engineering, or related fields.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience with Autodesk Civil 3D and BIM for construction projects.
• Experience in Revit modeling for utilities and infrastructure.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Keep an eye on the work schedule to avoid any delays in the process.
• Understand and visualize overall engineering concepts and translate concepts to design drawing.
• Analyze sketches, notes and other input material to determine the best approach to complete the drawing set.
• Manage production of drawing set from creation, markup and modification based on overall design.
• Keep fluent communication with the client and subcontractors, mainly by email.
• Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to perform design tasks such as surface analyses, drawing alignments, creating profiles/sections, creating design profiles, basic grading capabilities with 3D Polylines / Feature lines, Grading Groups, and Corridors, and perform volume calculations.
• Perform common grading and volume calculation tasks such as channels, berms and general site grading with support and guidance from engineering staff.
• Review completed work products to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Resolve day to day problems of a technical nature.

Qualifications

• Education: Professional graduated in Architecture, Engineering, or related technical careers.
• Advanced English (exclusive).
• Experience in projects in the development of construction projects using Autodesk Civil 3D, Infraworks, and BIM.
• Experience in Revit modeling for site utilities, infrastructure, and topography.
• Desired experience in corridors.
• Intermediate to advanced level management of one or more of the following software: Autocad, Civil 3D, Infraworks, Navisworks, and Revit.
