K Construction, a family-owned company, is seeking a Revit Specialist to support the planning and design process remotely. The role involves creating and modifying construction drawings, developing detailed plans, and coordinating with sales, PMs, and field teams to translate concepts into build-ready documents.

You should have Revit or CAD experience, a background in construction drafting/architecture, and strong attention to detail. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Formación

• Experience with Revit drafting/design software.
• Background in construction drafting, design, architecture, or related fields.
• Understanding of construction plans and project workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Create and modify construction drawings using Revit.
• Develop accurate plans and details for residential, agricultural, commercial, and custom projects.
• Collaborate with sales, project management, and field teams throughout the design process.
• Review project requirements and translate concepts into workable construction documents.
• Assist with design coordination and project development.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement of drafting and design processes.
