We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Architectural Visualization Artist to create high-quality renderings for luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, materials, lighting, and composition, with the ability to transform architectural plans and concepts into photorealistic visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings for luxury architectural and interior design projects.
• Develop exterior and interior visualizations based on architectural drawings, sketches, and design concepts.
• Model, texture, light, and render high-end residential and commercial spaces.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to accurately represent project vision and specifications.
• Apply realistic materials, furnishings, landscaping, and lighting to enhance visual quality.
• Produce still images, walkthroughs, and presentation materials for client reviews and marketing purposes.
• Revise renderings based on client and design team feedback.
• Maintain consistency with project branding, quality standards, and design intent.
• Stay current with industry trends, visualization techniques, and rendering technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience creating architectural renderings and visualizations.
• Strong portfolio showcasing luxury residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, Corona Renderer, V-Ray, SketchUp, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, materials, lighting, and composition.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and design specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with animation and architectural walkthroughs.
• Knowledge of post-production software such as Photoshop and After Effects.
• Familiarity with BIM workflows and Revit.
• Experience working on high-end luxury development projects.
