AgileEngine, LLC. is a remote-friendly tech company seeking a mobile test automation engineer to expand automated coverage for iOS and Android. You will automate the existing regression suite and extend tests to cover critical features, prioritizing automation over new feature work.

Must have 2+ years in mobile test automation (Kotlin preferred) with familiarity in Firebase, Test Lab, UiAutomator, and Robolectric. Flexible schedule with EST hours and remote work options are provided.

What you will do

Automate our existing regression testing suite that currently lives in Test Rails (~150 manual tests). Once that is complete, the next objective will be to expand the automated tests to improve coverage;

Build and maintain automated tests for current features across iOS and Android platforms, with a focus on ensuring they replace manual regression tests and cover critical functionalities;

Prioritize automated testing tasks, excluding responsibilities related to new feature development.

Must haves

2+ years of experience with mobile test automation, ideally using Kotlin ;

Working experience in Firebase & Test Lab (ideally);

Familiar with UiAutomator, Robolectric for Android;

Mandatory working hours 9 am – 1 pm EST.
